ACH Payments
If your community is one of our communities that uses Alliance Association Bank and you recently received a notice that states such, then you are able to set up ACH Payments and allow them to be reoccuring Free of Charge (Please note if you use a Credit Card or Debit Card to make your payment, fees will apply). Please follow the below link to set up your account. You will need a few pieces of information. 1. Our management company id which is 7079, and you will need your Community ID as well as your Account Number with HomeLink. If you do not know this information, call your property manager and it will be provided to you.
USPS Mail
For all communities, with a few exceptions noted below, mail your HOA payments to PO Box 93803, Las Vegas NV 89193. Checks should be made payable to your association and your address or account number must be on your check.
For Le Paradis HOA or correspondences, please mail your HOA payment to PO Box 536, Sharpsburg Ga. 30277.
